  1.  FIRST OF ALL YOU WILL NEED A MIXER TO MIX ALL INGREDIENTS.
  2.  ADD MILK AND WHOLE EGGS.
  3.  NOW ADD WHEAT FLOUR IN IT.YOU CAN USE BAKING SODA TO MAKE IT FLUFFY. 
  4.  ADD PROTEIN POWDER OF ANY BRAND.
  5.  PINCH OF SALT
  6.  CRUSHED RAW OATS AS THEY ARE MOSTLY RECOMMENDED AS HEALTHIEST   GRAIN ON EARTH.
  7.  ADD HONEY CUZ IT IS LESS ON THE GLYCEMIC INDEX THAN SUGAR, AS IT DOES NOT RAISE BLOOD SUGAR LEVEL AS QUICKLY. BUT USE LESS AMOUNT OF HONEY AS IT IS MORE SWEETER AND HAVE MORE CALORIES THAN SUGAR.
  8. THEN ADD BANANA, AS BANANA IS CONSUMED FOR BOTH FAT LOSS AND WEIGHT GAIN.
  9. MIX ALL INGREDIENTS AND MAKE PANCAKES AS USUALLY ARE MADE.
